As per the Unique Student Identifiers Act 2014, all students undertaking nationally recognised training in Australia must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
What is a USI?
A USI is a reference number made up of 10 digits and letters that:

Ensures your records and transcripts are kept safe and accessible,
Is mandatory for issuing any qualification or statement of attainment.
Providing Your USI
If you already have a USI, you must provide it when completing your Enrolment Form.
If you do not have a USI, you may: – Authorise Monday College to create one on your behalf, or – Create it yourself by visiting: https://www.usi.gov.au/students/get-a-usi
Important: Heaton Institute cannot issue your certificate or statement of attainment without a valid USI or a formal notice of exemption.
